You must be at least 18 years old.
Q: How long does the surgery take?
A:
The overall time spent in the center is approximately 1-2 hours. This includes all the pre-op, post-op, and surgery time. The surgery itself typically takes less than 5 minutes per eye.
Q: Am I awake for the surgery?
A:
Yes, you are awake but your eyes are numbed for the surgery.
Q: Will I need glasses after Lasik surgery?
A:
Each patient is
different. Some may still require reading glasses, some may require glasses while driving, while others may not need any glasses at all. It depends on the person.
